Hello all, i got this DAB+ apk for car android at the moment tested and used on Android RK3188 4.1.1 At the moment used with DAB+ Box that plugs in to USB to enable DAB Radio. What i require is some ones knowledge to modify this apk in more deatil, make it better and easier to use. First thing is this is how it looks now:
The sound quality on DAB Radios is generally more robust compared to FM, where you will find an increase in background hiss in weaker areas. Being a digital system, DAB will either work or not work. Please note the audio quality is the hands of the broadcaster. Got into my car this morning and switch my radio on. To my surprise no sound came out of the radio. Worrying times I thought. I checked to see if the CD would play and I could hear that and then changed the radio to FM and could hear Radio 1. Went back to the DAB and still no sound. Same symptoms for me, only seems to be with dab, not fm. Sound cuts out for 30 seconds and it then says station not available and immediately starts working again. Occasionally system reboots itself too. It started happening in December 18, after working fine for 3 years. Seems totally random. I have traffic info turned off and no Bluetooth. New here. I drive a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid Limited. The entire radio head is toast. This started three weeks ago and it took ten days to get an appointment at my dealership. They tried a re-boot and re-set and software up-date and nothing worked. I have no sound. Display comes off and on with it showing a map. AumPj.
